As you live close to or have commented upon the above development, you may be interested to know that these applications have been Called-in by the Secretary of State.

The Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government will deal with the Called-in applications by way of a public inquiry the date and details of which will be confirmed in due course. You will be able to attend the inquiry and, at the inspector's discretion, give your views. If you cannot attend or wish someone else to attend on your behalf you may give your views in writing.

If you wish to make any further comments on these proposals you must send 3 copies to Nadia Hussain, The Planning Inspectorate, Room 4/04, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6PN. Please make sure you quote the address of the proposal and APP/G5180/V/09/2098454. All comments received will be disclosed to all parties to the applications, including the appellant. It is important that any comments you wish to make on these applications must reach the planning inspectorate by 8 April 2009.

The Planning Inspectorate will:

• ensure your letter is passed to the Inspector dealing with the Called-in applications;
• only acknowledge your letter if you specifically ask them to do so;
• only send a copy of the decision letter to you if you request-it in-writing;
