If you objected to Bromley's Unitary Development Plan, you ought to have received a letter from Bromley inviting you to the pre-inquiry meeting on 31st July 2003 at 2 p.m. at Bromley Civic Centre. This meeting is a stock-taking meeting to sort out the administration and programming of the Inquiry. The issues raised by the Plan will not be debated.

The letter asks you to state whether you are still objecting, and whether you want to appear yourself or through another person, or whether you want your objection dealt with in writing.

If you used the Campaign's standard objection template and would like the Campaign to speak for you, please complete the first big blank box on the form "Name and address of agent":

London SE19 1UP.

Then circle the number "3" - "My objection will be dealt with at the public enquiry on my behalf by my agent"

and sign the back, returning the form to Keith Sherlock, the Programme Officer in the envelope provided. Note that the form must be returned by the 18th July 2003.
